Bangladesh NAP congratulates Justin Trudeau on his victory

Bangladesh National Awami Party-Bangladesh NAP Chairman Jebel Rahman Ghani and Secretary General M.S. Golam Mostafa Bhuiyan.

In a message sent to the media on Tuesday (September 21), he congratulated Trudeau. In the message, the two leaders said Trudeau’s victory for the third time was a true recognition of world leadership.

They said Canada-Bangladesh bilateral relations are very important. During the Bangladesh War of Independence in 1971, Trudeau’s father and then Prime Minister of Canada Pierre Trudeau made important contributions to the liberation struggle of Bangladesh. Canada-Bangladesh will continue to grow closer through the existing liberal ideological and cultural ties between the people. Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister must take this relationship to new heights.

The two leaders said the people of Bangladesh must respect Canada’s friendly relations with Bangladesh in the troubled world of Corona. At the same time, Bangladesh is grateful for Justin Trudeau’s activism and continued support in resolving the Rohingya issue.

They said Bangladesh NAP believes that under the leadership of Justin Trudeau, warm and strong relations between Canada and Bangladesh will be further strengthened in the days to come.
